Mike Chervansky has been teaching guitar and bass since 1977. Over the past 40 years he has been involved with several different R&B bands and played various college circuits, local clubs, and private parties. He specializes in blues guitar and improvisation, taking students from basic reading to advanced playing and band ensemble. Many of his students have continued their music education at a college level and have gone on to become accomplished musicians. He is currently involved with his own project, Generation Blues Band, a blues, R&B, and Motown-based group.
