Private Lesson |
A half hour private lesson will be held at the same
time and day each week. Lessons are by
appointment only, $125.00 per month (whether there
are 4 or 5 lessons) plus a one time registration fee
of $15.00. Hour long lessons can be arranged. All
lesson scheduling and rescheduling takes place at
the front desk. Tuition for lessons is due at the
beginning of each month, in advance. If payment
is not received by the 15th of the
month, you will be charged a $15.00 late fee and
lessons may be suspended.
On months with holidays
(including a 5 week month), when you receive 4
lessons you will be charged the regular monthly fee
(holidays will not be made up). When there are
less than 4 lessons, you will be charged the per
lesson price of $31.25 for the remainder of the
month. |

Student Absences: |
With 24 hours'
notice of the cancellation, one rescheduled lesson
per month is offered as a courtesy. The time can
only be made up within the month following the
cancellation. Rescheduled lesson times are solely
based on the teacher's availability. Canceled
make-ups cannot be rescheduled. |
GROUP LESSON
(2 – 3
Students) |
A half hour group
lesson is offered once a week at a regularly
scheduled time. No make-ups or re-schedules will be
offered under this program. If your lesson falls on
a holiday the monthly fee will be prorated. The
monthly tuition for a student group lesson is $80.00
and on the months that contain 5 lessons the tuition
will be $100.00 plus a one time registration fee of
$15.00. Lessons will be grouped by instrument, age
and ability. |
Termination
of Lessons:

As a courtesy to the
teacher, BMC requests 2 weeks notice if you decide to
stop your lessons. You will be considered a student
on our schedule until we are notified of a change. |

Teacher Absences: |
In the event of
absence by your usual teacher, a highly qualified
substitute will be provided whenever possible. If a
substitute teacher isn't available you will receive
a prorated credit toward your next month's tuition. |

Student Obligation: |
It is the
responsibility of the student to arrive at the
lesson on time with his/her instrument as well as
all books needed for the lesson. |

Bad
Weather: |
Call the store.
There will be a message on the answering machine. |
|
Holidays: |
Our lesson schedule
does not follow your school calendar.
Private lessons will not be held on
the following days:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Day. |
